The “Boombastic” star Shaggy has recently made an announcement that he will be touring Australia in May 2015.
The “Intoxication” singer will be visiting the country after five years. The reggae, hip-hop, and dancehall artist behind notable hits like “Angel” and “It Wasn’t Me” will begin his glorious Australian return with the performance at Big Top in Sydney on May 16. This show will be followed by performances in other Australian cities like Adelaide, Perth, Melbourne, Hobart, and Brisbane.
Hit singles from his current album titled “Out of Many One Music” will certainly feature in these shows. Shaggy is also expected to dive deep into his inventory of hit singles for the performances, which will repeat his Australian appearances in 2010. The singer entered the scene with a bang in 1993 with the Oh Carolina remake. Shaggy achieved international success and his popularity attained new heights with the launch of his multi-platinum “Hotshot” album. Up to now, Hotshot is considered his most successful and triumphant album. It features hits like “It Wasn’t Me”, “Angel”, and “Luv Me”.
Until now, 20 million albums have been sold in his musical career. The singer has produced seven #1 albums. Shaggy has been recently nominated for Best International Performance at Soul Train Awards. The ceremony features finest R&B artists including the superstar Ne-Yo. Shaggy is a philanthropist and is renowned for associating with non-profit organizations.

Norman Jay, the Brit DJ and MBE holder, is launching his very own new West London fest named Good Times In The Park. Good Times soundsystem of Norman Jay has been a raw material of the Notting Hill Carnival since the 80s as well as a major attraction for thousands of people who attend the 2 day August bank holiday program.
This year, however, would mark the 1st year of Good Times happening outside Notting Hill Carnival for the very first time in its thirty year history. The 1st two day Good Times In The Park fest as well as West London’s very first music fest, instead would take place in the Wormwood Scrubs Park on 13th and 14th September, i.e. Saturday and Sunday.
The names includes an exclusive Brit performance from Chaka Khan. And the days would also see Groove Armada, LTJ Bukem, Idris Elba, Toddla T, The Brand New Heavies, Fabio and Grooverider, Dub Pistols, David Rodigan, Goldie, Jazzie B, Ms Dynamite as well as many more hit to the stage.
According to reports, Groove Armada’s Tom and Andy told that they are really chuffed at being able to act for Norman at his first festival.
